I wrote "The Gift of Social Anxiety: Finding Rest in God's Grace" nearly 10 years ago. I was energized by a fresh understanding of God's unconditional love, and amazed to find it serves as the perfect antidote to social anxiety. At it's core, social anxiety is a fear of judgment, embedded deep within our minds and bodies.

In 2015, the medical community presented antidepressant use as brain-protective, a way to simply "balance" neurotransmitters. Since then, more and more research has come out indicating troubling long term risks. I still believe there are instances when medication may be a useful tactic for easing symptoms of severe anxiety and depression. But I now believe great caution is warranted. I cover some of those concerns in this newly updated version of the book on Amazon. You can also get it as a free PDF by joining my mailing list below).

The good news will always stay the same. God's grace is the answer.
